1. SENIOR ARCHITECT – AUSTIN
Muller2 (M2) is seeking an experienced architect who shares our passion in the design of civic and public spaces. If you’re a visionary who thrives on architectural challenges, we want to hear from you.
Qualifications:
- Experience: A minimum of ten years of architectural experience is required.
- Education: A graduate of an accredited architecture school with a Bachelor of Architecture or Master of Architecture degree and a valid license, preferably in Texas State.

Responsibilities:
As a Senior Architect, your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- Scope Management: Review, coordinate, and implement project scopes of services.
- Construction Documents: Produce comprehensive construction documents, primarily utilizing Autodesk Revit.
- Quality Assurance: Take responsibility for finished plans and specifications, ensuring high-quality materials and construction practices.

About Muller2
The architectural firm was founded in 1984 by Jay and Cindy Muller. Today, Muller2 has grown to a staff of over 60 employees, including 20 licensed architects and engineers. Major market sectors include: aviation, transit, passenger rail, recreation, education, civic, and general municipal.
We currently have offices in Chicago, Dallas, and central Illinois. This position will be based in Austin, while working on projects in the Seattle, Dallas, Austin, and Chicago Areas, and beyond.

The successful candidate will be working on public projects primarily in the Seattle area but will also have opportunities to work on other exciting high profile projects throughout Central Illinois, the Greater Chicago area, and the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the Senior Marketing Coordinator and other team members to develop proposals, prepare qualifications submissions, and execute marketing plans. This role will provide critical support to the marketing team.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, coordinate, and produce qualification packages and project proposals, which includes research, layout, editing, coordination among team members, and production of submissions.
- Customize written and graphic components of qualification and proposal submissions based on win-strategy and client needs.
- Upkeep firm collateral such as project profiles, resumes, project lists, and firm profiles.
- Proofread and edit written information provided by team members for firm collateral.
- Work collaboratively with the firm leadership and other members of our team to innovate the way in which the office pursues new projects.
- Assist in creating presentation/lecture materials and competition pre-qualifications entries.
- Maintain an organized database of all marketing resources.
- Participate in creative projects with the marketing team.
- Coordinate with managers to maintain marketing and business development materials including databases, schedules, client management documents, and other support materials.

8. Design Technology Manager – CHICAGO
Muller & Muller, Ltd. (M2) is seeking a Design Technology Manager to join our team and support our enduring reputation for quality design and technical excellence. We are an architecture firm that specializes in designing public spaces with a variety of project scales and budgets.
The Design Technology Manager will be responsible for organizing, improving, implementing, and maintaining M2’s design technology standards and BIM best practices. This position will also be expected to supervise and coordinate the implementation of design technology on a variety of projects across the firm’s practice by working closely with firm leadership and team members to ensure consistency and efficiency in production of project design deliverables.
Responsibilities:
– Advance the firm’s current design technology standards by redeveloping and improving application for project teams.
– Supervise the execution of the standards by providing direct support and troubleshooting to project teams as needed.
– Customize M2’s design technology standards as well as client-specific standards.
– Assist with project specific complex 3D modeling tasks, BIM family creation, clash detection reporting and resolution.
– Provide training to staff on M2 design technology standards and procedures.
– Manage and maintain documentation of the M2 design technology standards including Materials Library, standard details, rendering assets, and graphic standards.
– Leading, organizing, training, and establishing best practices for M2’s in-house 3D printing, laser cutting, VR tools, and future technology tools.
– Managing design technology licensing and software rollouts
Qualifications:
– Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline is required.
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in an architecture, engineering, or design firm
– Expert level proficiency in Autodesk Revit required.
– Skilled in Sketchup, Rhino, Grasshopper.
– Skilled in Adobe Suite preferred.
– Experience with 3D coordination/clash detection using software such as Navisworks.
– Experience with remote computing solutions is preferred.
– Experience with BIM management is highly desirable

9. ENTRY LEVEL TO MID-LEVEL ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER – DALLAS / CHICAGO
This is a full-time position for an entry-level to mid-level Intern Architect or Architect. The successful candidate will be working on a variety of exciting high-profile public projects throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth area and possibly the Greater Chicago area. These rewarding projects require someone who is comfortable working under tight production schedules and who has a high level of attention to quality, and design sensitivity. We believe in a culture of empowerment, which requires that the ideal candidate be highly motivated, able to work independently on smaller-scale projects, and conversely with large teams on larger-scale projects. The position may require working on multiple projects with overlapping deadlines. We offer a flexible working environment with remote working opportunities.

Numerous restaurants and bars are within walking distance, and downtown Chicago is approximately 1.5 minutes away. Our Chicago office is further supported by the city’s extensive bicycle lane network of Halsted Street and Milwaukee Avenue. The CTA’s Chicago Avenue Blue Line stop is only two blocks away.
Dallas: 750 North St. Paul Street
Located in the heart of the Dallas Art District, M2’s Dallas office are in a premiere boutique office tower. Multiple food and beverage options are located in close proximity. In addition, the building is situated within a quarter-mile of the Dallas North Tollway, half a mile from Interstate 75, and within two blocks of the Dallas DART light rail system. This is a full-amenity building, including a roof-top deck.
