Her ability to navigate the diverse personalities and professional backgrounds in the organization is grounded in her innate need to help people as she works with them with a generous amount of empathy.
With the evolving state of the workplace, Christina ensures that M2’s standards in managing the HR needs of the growing team are at par, if not exceed, the industry standards. She does this by regularly keeping up with the latest trends and research on strategies to keep a healthy and fun work environment throughout the employees’ journey within the organization.
