She excels at project collaboration, coordinating all consultants, the architectural team, drawings and specifications. She further has extensive specialized experience in building envelope design and construction administration, including forensic remediation investigation of existing building envelope issues. Her invaluable mentoring skills include construction document detailing, researching new building materials and systems, code research and interpretations, specification writing and editing, analysis of proposed value engineering alternates, and analysis of alternates of construction types or methods to reduce cost or improve schedule.
