Priyanka has over 12 years of experience working on diverse, award-winning projects in US and India. Her portfolio spans across mixed use, civic, institutional, adaptive reuse, industrial, retail, hospitality as well as residential project types of various scales. She has managed, produced, and coordinated contract documents across all disciplines and engaged projects from inception to completion. The breadth of her experience includes working on new construction, renovations, LEED projects and fast-paced projects with phased implementation. Performing code analysis, site assessments and project feasibility studies are some of her competencies. She strives to maintain brand/program requirements ensuring consistency across homogenous projects. Her strong interpersonal skills enable her to maintain cordial relationships with clients and contractors.

  • Why architecture?
  • I was drawn to this creative field because there is no limit to the ideas you can design, places you can go and lives you can positively impact while significantly transforming the human environment. A career in architecture has prepared me to be more responsive to the behavioral, social, and physical needs of individuals, families and communities.

  • Chennai, located on the south-eastern coast of India.
  • What is one accomplishment that you are most proud of?
  • Completing the rim to rim hike at the Grand Canyon.
  • What can't you live without?
  • My family including my furbabies (Fify - a mainecoon mix cat and Ruffo – a wooly Husky)

  • I started my undergrad education in Law and pivoted to Architecture in 3 months!!
